1. Description of the Service
CVello is an online resume builder that allows users to create, edit, and download professional resumes in PDF format. The service is accessible at cvello.com.
2. Account Registration
You may use CVello as a guest to build your resume. To save your progress across devices and download your resume, you must create an account using your email address or Google login. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Subscription and Pricing
CVello offers a 7-day trial for €2.99, which provides full access to all features including PDF downloads and all templates. After the trial period, the subscription automatically continues at €19/month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without additional charges.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, no further charges will apply. After the trial ends and the monthly subscription begins, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you enter into your resume. CVello does not review, verify, or endorse the accuracy of the information you provide. You must ensure that your content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
6. Account Suspension
CVello reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in violation of these terms, used for fraudulent purposes, or engaged in abusive behavior. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
7. Limitation of Liability
CVello is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, missed opportunities, or inaccuracies in your resume.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of CVello shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
